Terms and Conditions
- You must be the photographer and copyright owner of every submitted image or have full legal authority to submit it.
- Submissions receive priority editorial consideration only. Using credits does not guarantee selection, publication, placement, promotion, or any other result.
- Credits are deducted for each submitted photo. Once a submission is completed, the credits are non-refundable, including when the photo is not selected.
- All submissions are reviewed at the sole discretion of the TPA editorial team. TPA may reject or remove any image that does not meet its editorial, quality, technical, ethical, copyright, or content standards.
- You retain copyright ownership of your photography. If your photo is selected, you grant TPA a non-exclusive right to display, reproduce, crop, resize, and publish it as part of the selected feature and related TPA promotional materials.
- Selection, placement, image size, layout, captions, and publication dates are determined by the TPA editorial team and may be changed at any time.
- Photographer credit will be provided whenever reasonably possible. You are responsible for ensuring that the submitted name and profile information are accurate.
- Submission does not create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship and does not require TPA to compensate the photographer.
- By completing a submission, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and all applicable TPA platform rules.
