Hi, I'm Arpan Ghosh from Berhampore India
I’m Arpan Ghosh, a documentary and street photographer based in Berhampore,West Bengal who finds meaning in everyday life. I’m drawn to the quiet corners of life, those unspoken moments, familiar rituals, and cultural traditions that often go unnoticed. They’re not always loud or dramatic, but they hold so much of who we are. Photography, for me, is a way of listening with my eyes. It’s about observing gently, without interrupting, and trying to understand how people move through their worlds. Whether it’s a festival in a forgotten village, a fleeting glance between strangers, or the rhythm of daily life on a city street, I’m always looking for what connects us beneath the surface. I don’t chase perfection. I look for truth, the kind that lives in emotion, detail, and stillness. My goal is to create images that feel honest, intimate, and human. Because sometimes the smallest, quietest moments say the most.
