Hi, I'm John Twiname from Christchurch New Zealand

I am an amateur photographer based in New Zealand. I began using slide film in the early 80s, but the increasing costs of shooting in such a medium meant that I only dabbled in photography now and again. With the advent of DLSR full-frame cameras and a move to the UK, I finally took up photography again with a renewed interest. I share my love of photography with my wife, and together we have developed an interest in architectural and abstract photography. My work has since been recognised in several national and international photographic competitions.
