Erin Naifeh (b. 1990) is a Los Angeles-based conceptual photographer whose work explores spectatorship, identity, and the emotional-political dynamics of visibility. With a Bachelor's degree in Filmmaking from the Art Institute of Nashville and 15+ years as a 1st Assistant Camera (IATSE Local 600), Erin has worked on 30+ feature films and 19+ TV shows, bringing a cinematic language and philosophical depth to self-portrait photography. Using herself as subject, Naifeh integrates photography, digital compositing, and VFX plates. Working on a white cyc with controlled strobe lighting, she refaces herself and stitches together multiple images to construct surreal, minimalist, conceptually driven realities.
