I’m Carly — a documentary photographer and former humanitarian architect exploring how people adapt, build, and thrive in the face of global change. Last year I quit a decade-long career working with nonprofits to build resilient communities in the face of crisis to go behind the camera.. Now I aim to tell stories and amplify the voices of those who are making a difference. With an architectural perspective, I capture humanity's ingenuity in the spaces we create - with a specific focus on the world's most remote and misunderstood places.
