Hi, I'm Agda Døsen
My name is Agda Isabell and I am a photographer from Norway.
Most of my photography is based around capturing my life, the things I experience, and how they make me feel.
Recently I've given analog photography my main attention. Mostly color film, but also black and white.
I can't quite remember who said it; but film photography is like a chemical miracle.
Working with developing and printing has been really exciting and educational.
Being inspired by other photographers and their projects contribute greatly to my own, and pushes me to expand my knowledge.
Some of my recent projects:
“Pictures from a Second Home” - inspired by Larry Sultan's “Pictures from Home” series.
“Se” - inspired by Nan Goldin.
“Tuch” - wich im currently working on, inspired by Yuhki Touyama's Scenes of Absence
I want my photography to bring forward feelings and thoughts from those who see it.
I want my art to mean something.
