About Evgenia Nikolova
I create my own artistic compositions, which I call poetic still lifes, inspired by the old masters and the timeless beauty of the classics. I work only with natural light and love vintage objects, flowers, fruits, natural fabrics and materials in the frame. Old books are a specific leitmotif in my work. Velvet shadows and gentle light are my favorite means of expression. I kindly invite the viewer to stop, take a breath and enter my world of silence, tranquility and frozen time beyond the ages.
