Bill Boxer is a fine-art photographer based in Florida, USA whose work explores the quiet, intimate worlds found Close to Home. A lifelong musician and arts administrator, he brings a pianist’s sensitivity to color, rhythm, and form. His experience with synesthesia, visualizing tone as color, deeply shapes his photographic voice. After decades in music and business, Bill turned fully to photography later in life, developing a practice centered on close observation and patience. His images often reveal hidden structures in dew drops, bark, leaves, and garden wildlife, transforming ordinary subjects into deep views and abstract studies of time and perception.

At eighty-five, he continues to refine his craft with the same curiosity that has guided him throughout his creative life. His work has been exhibited in solo shows, 2003 – 2025, in New York and Florida. Bill's self-portrait reflects his relationship between Music and Art. One artist, shaped by sound and sight.
